The winner will receive a voucher for $200 worth of cleaning services from Busy Bees.
Receive one entry in the draw, when you purchase a product or product pack from Headstart Total Body.
You will receive one entry in the draw for each qualifying purchase. Does not include laybys, sale stock or holds.
No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
The prize is not redeemable for cash.
Headstart Total Body will contact the winner using the information provided on the entry form. Where attempts to contact the winner fail, another winner will be drawn.
Any additional expense incurred by redeeming the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
By participating, the winner grants Headstart Total Body permission to use their name and photograph in promotional material and on the Headstart Total Body website and facebook page.
